ASUS Inc nowadays survives to be one of great brands that produce good quality IT stuff from ASUS legendary motherboards, graphics card, several pretty great notebook, tablet PC, desktop PC, LCD monitor, networks stuff and Who knew in future? As We feel first hand dealing with ASUS products when designing some of desktop PC, networking consultant & sell some notebook, etc, We really glad that ASUS empowers His brand name. However We already make a list what ASUS should do to be some of goal that ASUS would even listen to. Please also feels free to drop comments, critics & correct Us if We are wrong.
 
1. Sometimes in many case, being focus & act simple are better than doing many thing without really know what We gonna achieve. We really surprise when We go to ASUS official website and facing vast kind of arrangement product variety with quite difficult name or product code. Shakespeare was saying in His legendary quote “What's in a name?” but please don't stop at that because what Shakespeare means is He really thinks that name is important but what's in a name if choosing kind of name doesn't bring a good cause for the holder. Make it simpler, elegant, sharp to the goal as when ASUS gonna name His next product, choose it wisely as it represents what ASUS should do to make Their product come in ASUS loyal buyer & fan mindset.
 
2. Please stick to some winning key point today in launching IT product. The list are innovative yet stick to easy to use of industrial design (between looks & utility), great programming skill (ASUS maybe needs to think opening this department someday), well put distribution system & creative yet clean of great quality product packaging. Only one name We may suggest that able to manage it really great in this combining criteria & unfortunately He already passed away. Yup, His name is dear Mr. Steve Jobs, Apple's legendary great CEO. What ASUS should do, try to move it closer in Steve Jobs's shoes.
 
3. Future trends of IT World gonna be drastically change in mobile tech as We saw massive IT product already built nowadays in term of from tablet PC, smartphone, ultrabook, and maybe smartwatch or new creative mobile product tomorrow. ASUS in the right track while They already launched great product like ASUS Zenbook, EE Pad Transformer, EE Pad Slider, ASUS EE PC, some of notebooks. What ASUS should do next is please do not injure Your loyal buyer's trust when dealing with ASUS product. Buyer's trust that already has been damaged is difficult to be restored as the previous original state. Please keep that in mind. For Us, better We wait to launch new kind of product just to compete to be first hand than doing that recklessly.
 

4. We still don't see ASUS already make pretty decent smartphone yet. Please forgive Us if We say kind of comment but comparing with Apple, Samsung, Blackberry, HTC, Motorola or even LG itself, ASUS still on way behind. Come on ASUS, You can do it to make pretty decent smartphone. There's ASUS Padfone but beside that there's no following great smartphone product from ASUS. If You could design & make pretty decent motherboards, graphics cards, EE Transformer/Slider, ASUS should be design great smartphone easily. IT World stuff great trio in next 2012 trends gonna be tablet PC, smartphone & ultrabook. What ASUS should do is filling one last gap of this upcoming trio & that would be making pretty decent smartphone.
 
5. There's isn't any wrong conduct to start to jump in new area of business, but it would be stupid if We jump to any kind of new business area & fails miserably because lack of vision, mission & truly mature business preparation. Always remember of 3 (three) years Break Even Point cycle. If You start new kind of business & You just couldn't fill it back together Your starting assets in 3 (three) years, You just fail, my friend. Yes, You just fail, that Our kindly message. What ASUS should do is please watch out Your tendency to expand Your business in area of designing mobile OS like Apple iOS ; Google Android ; Blackberry OS & finally Microsoft Windows Phone OS. Please see kindly on Hewlett Packard's case with Their example of WebOS fail acquisition. What ASUS should do now in some period of time is working together with Google Android & Microsoft Windows Phone.
 
6. What ASUS should do finally is, facing IT World tight marketplace war zone with fast adaptation, keep making innovative & creative IT stuff with great finishing product to present it on Your loyal buyer & fans. Or else, survival is just merely dream in IT World rapid changes of trends. There's no champion forever in business world & that surely happens in IT World.
