Launched this summer by Apple Inc, Their new OS for iMac & MacBook lines (Air & Pro), OS X Mountain Lion as We call it Desktop OS but tablet tastes and design. Do You know what We think after We see Their sneak preview of this OS X Mountain Lion? First, simply that Apple tends to break the border of software design between desktop version and mobile version for starter. Who knew that someday, Apple Inc might have only to launch 1 (one) major update OS but could work flawlessly on Their product line whether in mobile tech product (iPhone & iPad) and desktop product (MacBook & iMac). Microsoft already try to do that with Their next Windows 8 OS, but before We really see if Windows 8 could done that successfully, We still skeptical and We still believe more in Apple Inc. In fact, They already prove it with Their iOS5 which could work flawlessly between smartphones edition (iPhone 4 & 4S) and tablet PC edition (iPad & iPad2).

One Apple quote that We capture from Their Web about OS X Mountain Lion Sneak Preview is “OS X Mountain Lion arrives this summer. With all-new features inspired by iPad, the Mac just keeps getting better and better.” which convince Us that seems mobile OS trends also been Their trajectory to re-design OS X Mountain Lion to be “Tablet Style” but applied in Apple desktop line. From messages function (to iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch or Mac), notification center (brings by iOS5), reminders & notes (not all new but re-design by iOS5), and finally game center which again make there is no boundaries in future between Mac, iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch.
Second, now in IT World, all things goes mobile and the trends might be on different system. Perhaps, when people all around the world have IT mobile stuff more than They have desktop stuff, We gonna see new history in IT World when IT Mobile Era defeat IT Desktop Era. Trends already start few years ago but the wave just got feel strong on last 2 (two) years when smartphones (iPhone, Android phone & Windows Phone, Blackberry) and tablet PC (iPad, Samsung Galaxy Tab, Samsung Galaxy Note, etc) got Their milestone especially last year. The wave just got bigger after Nvidia Tegra 3 been introduced with Their new development fifth core mobile processor and ASUS Eee Transformer Prime been the first tablet PC use this Nvidia Tegra 3. (see Our previous review in Nvidia Tegra 3 and ASUS Eee Transformer Prime). If mobile tech already got really on sophisticated level, perhaps when mobile processor already on same level with Intel core i5 or i7, and when Graphics Processor Unit mobile processor already on same level with latest GeForce or ATI Radeon graphics card, who needs bulky desktop anyway, do We?
Third, union in rich media sharing network which are utterly possible because of this OS X Mountain Lion. From text message, documents, picture or photo, until big size memory on video, all could be done swiftly and easily. Yeah, We still understand that this kind might be only happen in Apple World between Mac, iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch. But just wait for a little longer then might be this kind of exclusivity would be on no border between Apple World, Android World, Windows World, Blackberry World or on future Linux World.
Fourth, Apple Inc might already thinks about the implication of Their new OS X Mountain Lion, but if We really go further, if with Air Play network by Apple network that all things possible share with Apple iCloud, while anything in Our mobile devices and desktop devices could be share easily on large screen TV, please watch out closely all of LCD Projector vendor. This thing maybe could out of trade soon maybe on next 2 – 3 years from now. Why? This is Our keyword, no cable, better pic resolution, simply attached and faster speed.
Last point, for now, IT World Company that held kind of Our detail data from Our analysis still held on Facebook, RIM Blackberry and Google. This 3 (three) big IT Company got Their way to share and so We need to adjust with Our own precaution actually for Our own safety in digital world. With this OS X Mountain Lion, Apple Inc already make Themselves on Our number 4 (four) to be IT World Company which gonna also impact and could see Us personally. Why? Simply, because of Their iCloud, iOS5 and Their new OS X Mountain Lion.
