Impact of New Google Privacy Policy and Terms

For those of You, guys which use #01 internet search engine, Google Search Engine and one of the biggest mail services, Google Mail and one of the biggest internet free tubes movie clips, Google YouTube, now Google Inc already makes any changes and that would be certainly applied in March 01, 2012. Why is that important which We write such an article about this New Plan of Google privacy policy and terms? Please walk with Us for awhile.
 
All of Our analysis and review in this article based on New Plan of Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Services which would be affected on billions of internet users all around the globe. And yet We have to notice it carefully when We agree or already use Google services on Their 3 (three) biggest services, straightly We agree that Google can use such data in accordance with Their privacy policies.
 
New Google Privacy Policy #01 comment : Simply when We start to use Google services, there's no such thing on privacy matters exist and that has coupling the impact when We infringe law or violate copyright. The problem exist just when We see on what law position where We are? Do You really got Our point in this matters? How about if Our government is corrupt ones and the thing that help Us to fight this kind of corruption is from internet world because We have no guns, no money or even no power? Our keyword is simple, please don't messed up with this political thing. Internet should be free from political pressure while We admit that We are in some crooked century era which is always respect on behalf of money power aka Greedy Power. This thing needs to be discussed more and more like the thing that already happen few weeks ago in SOPA / PIPA Bill Case.
 
We understand one thing already clear that Google now already been one of the biggest IT World business company and We mention not only big, but huge in term of Giant Business that We could describe in words. Google also in Our previous article as one of most influential IT Company in 2011 which is impacting really deep in Our personal & business activity all around the globe. And We do understand as the provider, Google Inc has right to stop any activity, to do anything possible due regard what They prefer in Their company policy. For sure, They already make it clear with Capital Letter.

New Google Privacy Policy #02 comment : Simply, They set the boundaries for Their own respectively interest and not Us as Their user or buyer or anything. We just follow and if We can't follow, the best thing is We leave on any of Their services, nothing more. So, We need to be smart in this matter how on earth if Their services gonna impact a lot in Our personal or business term. We mean, We need to figure it a way that somehow if trouble happens, We still could stand and not collapsed.
 
Google makes any modification on terms and privacy policy in some matters reflect changes to the law or changes to Their services so We need to look at Google terms regularly. They’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page and They promise will not apply retroactively, will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after They are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If We don't agree to the modified terms for a Service, We should discontinue Their use of that services.
 
New Google Privacy Policy #03 comment : There's no thing could call on certain policy in years due regard in this terms though We agree that no other IT World Company that won't change in several years or more and We talk about company policy here. Hence the things are, do We could do that as if there are nothing change on this certain way on certain years? Change of Google CEO or board directors could mean on change of privacy policy and terms, could it be? We post this so We do understand that this thing could be on changing pattern and not fixed pattern.
 
One particular thing that We need to pay attention really careful also is on this note. “If You (means Us as Google services user) do not comply with these terms, and We (means Google Inc) don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that We are giving up any rights that We may have (such as taking action in the future). If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms. The laws of California, U.S.A., excluding California’s conflict of laws rules, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of Santa Clara County, California, USA, and You and Google consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts”.
 
New Google Privacy Policy #04 comment : That really deeps to chew. On a simple way We say, if We are already giving someone or some particular side the bargain power too much, please do remember also that You don't get any sorry excuse in the future that the power We already give, could be the same power that could knocks Us out! On Alexa Rating, Google search engine now on #01 position, along with Google Mail services, and Google YouTube already in #03 position. What a powerful IT World Company, Google now. We just hope that it means Google understand that “With great power, comes great responsibility" (fave quote from Spiderman Movie) and We deeply hope it doesn't turn out that Google in the future change to be on the dark side like the things on movie “Star Wars : Episode III – Revenge of The Sith (2005)” when Anakin Skywalker, Jedi Warrior turns out to be Darth Vader, the Dark Sith Warrior.
