After Steve Jobs passed away & left His great legacy on Apple Company, logical question might be arise on upcoming weeks, what would happen in Future of Apple after Steve Jobs passed away & how Apple do without Their great leader & CEO?
Apple Company is one of the biggest, most profitable company & creative IT industry on last 5 (five) years. There’s no possibility that only Steve Jobs could achieve this point without strong, dedicated, creative, “Stay Hungry & Stay Foolish” people behind Him. When Apple co-founder stepped down from his role as CEO in August 2011, The company needs a succession plan and choose Tim Cook as CEO.
Until this article been posted, Apple still has golden egg in Lion OS X, new iPhone4S (Siri as voice activated assistant), iPad2 (still market leader in tablet PC), iPod Touch 4th, iTunes (one of the biggest internet online store in entertainment & mobile apps), MacBook Pro & MacBook Air, launched ICloud, upcoming iOS5 not to mention iPhone5 & iPad3. IT Speed Changing in new technology is very fast. One of the top this year maybe hardly could held Their position in upcoming year. So at least Apple Company is still all right on upcoming 2 (two) years. But if there’s no new leap, business nature world would take new IT market leader especially if the future of Apple after Steve Jobs passed away couldn’t handle by Apple people smoothly.
Nobody could wear Steve Jobs shoes. His kind off people along with Bill Gates, Larry Page & Sergey Brin, Mark Zuckerberg and bunch of brilliant people is a rare one. So, could Tim Cook carve out his own place as a CEO of Apple gone through Steve Jobs’s role, changing how Apple puts together and defines what They are and how They’re reacting on daily IT war zone market?
What defines Apple now maybe some out from Steve Jobs’s idea & creative concept. Although He needs strong & creative people that would help to give innovative design, great software & mobile programming skill, great major distribution & marketing product and carve it with easy to use usage & incredible package finishing. Creative design is useless until You could make it just works. And Steve Jobs is The Man who put it together.
Apple still have Phil Schiller and Scott Forstall, Apple Company’s top marketing and iOS software executives and Schiller’s been Jobs’ right hand man in product demonstrations, even presenting Macworld and WWDC keynotes in 2009 while Jobs was on medical leave. Forstall is Apple’s key behind Mac OS X & in charge of running Apple’s mobile software efforts, which have become a huge portion of company’s incoming revenue stream. There’s also Eddy Cue who heads up Apple’s Internet and software service and Jeff Williams, Apple’s senior vice president of operations.
But maybe comes from same shoes as Steve Jobs is Jonathan Ive, Apple’s senior VP of industrial design. Jobs is credited with pulling Ive from designing prototypes of products that were going nowhere and bringing him into the inner circle of Apple’s design efforts. They had a mutual admiration and taste for design that’s driven the company to create some of its most iconic products. With Jobs no longer a part of that creative process, does Ive stay or gonna strike out on his own?
There is Ron Johnson, Apple’s retail chief, who earlier this year was departing from Apple to become J.C. Penney’s CEO, next month. Apple still doesn’t know who his successor will be. But finally, there’s uncertain future when it comes to Apple’s voice. People long awaited Jobs to set the tone of Apple. Yet whose CEO and co-founder would still respond personally to e-mails from customers.
One thing for sure is Jobs has left Apple with a really great & nice business foundation. One of the biggest digital empire that’s set up to sell an ever increasing amount of hardware, gadget, music, books, movies, TV shows, and software. If Apple still has The Dream Team on Steve Jobs’s era, Apple still has great chance to find Their next leader. But if not, Apple would know what Apple gonna do. Who’s gonna determine future of apple after Steve Jobs passed away if it isn’t go back to Apple’s team, themselves?
