Deeper Impact of New Google Privacy Policy and Terms

While We continue from Our previous article in “Impact of New Google Privacy Policy and Terms”, what We say that's been good until now from Google Inc to improve Their services which We count one of the most sharp targeted and correct services is, They show more relevant search results and ads, to help Us connect with people or to make sharing with others in quicker and easier way.
 

In the other hands, We need to know also that Google Inc could do that is because They already collect Our detail data from figuring out Our basic stuff info, aka personal information, like Our name, email address, telephone number or credit card. Then goes more on detail digger deeper like device information (such as Our hardware model, operating system version, internet browser, monitor screen resolution, unique device identifiers & mobile network information including phone number). Google would associate Our device identifiers or phone number with Our Google Account and believe it, They could do that. We already prove it.
 

New Google Privacy Policy #05 comment : from all of IT World business company that has bunch some detail personal info about Us, We analyze that Facebook, RIM Blackberry & Google are the top 3 (three) that specifically have the capability to see Us personally depend on how much data We already fill in from pic, hobby, PIM (Personal Info), personal and business correlation info, occupation, family, and so on with that list. Likewise on good thing that Google Inc says earlier to help Us give the sharp info, We just remind that all of thing could be say on another shoe, that We mean all of that detail classification info about Us could be double edged sword depend on what side They are.
 
While We never doubt Google huge skill with so much brilliant people inside it, while Google already informed by Our data, They could cross reference the info which whomever We make any contact, e-mail, especially if You also an android user, Google could also knew Your location-enabled, voice, detail data on contact list, photo, might be the storage info in Our SDCard, though Google already mention They never use that to cross link Our sensitive data like race, religion, sexual orientation or health.
 
New Google Privacy Policy #06 comment : meaning of privacy value would be different depend on people They are exist. Some may argue and some don't but please do remember, all things actually happen from Our own situation. If We are not carefully think before action and do this or do that which are carelessly open Our vital or confidential data which shouldn't be exposed, that might be Our own fault. Yet, Our big question still lies here, how about the layman IT World user? Who shall protect Them from the unknown thing They don't understand, got it? Maybe We need to start to put some sign or banner which is like We put on Our cigarette pack like “You know smoking could cause You cancer, sterility, death, bla, bla, bla” because of this certain things. Please correct Us if We are wrong but seems this should be told more clearly and more simple to some of layman IT World User out there.
 
IT World community holds by strong line from internet world that means all the IT World user people from all around the globe binds in it whether We like it or not. As We hold the view that internet should focus and brings any freedom motto, like We say on “double edged sword” position, internet could harm people unfortunately. Really, it's true!! Talk about identity theft (which We already make this article “How to prevent identity theft”), criminal conduct that could haunt Our kids (child molester, rape or kidnapper) from Facebook & Blackberry maybe if We aren't really cautious, The strong dangerous thing could happen maybe from Google Maps or GPS location-enabled services if some of Our secret military based exposed by enemy and so on with pretty long list.
 
New Google Privacy Policy #07 comment : Freedom We inherited from internet today's world have to combine with strong action from Us that while We do anything in internet world, always be prepare that Our personal or confidential thing could be exposed by anyone which mean any harms to Us. Specific keyword, “hacker/cracker/predator/criminal minds” action.
 
Google says that They don't share Our PIM with companies, organizations and individuals outside of Google unless one of the following circumstances apply: with Our consent, with domain administrators (If Our Google Account is managed by a domain administrator), for external processing, and for legal reasons. But They may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly and with Their partners, like publishers, advertisers or connected sites. For example, They may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of Google services. If Google is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, They say that They will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
 
New Google Privacy Policy #08 comment : Well, this is hard to accept, man. For Us, if We say that Google could be trusted, all right We do it but how about Google partner, how about Google other interest with YouTube, Google+, Motorola, Google maps and definitely Google AdSense? No offense, what They could do if We mean someday Google Inc got any bankrupt issues and some other companies then acquire Them. For how long, for how far, for how deep Google still could protect the user PIM data is still unknown. Again, please correct Us if We are wrong to say this.
 
The last thing We need to follow also cautiously are, Google Privacy Policy may change from time to time as They will not reduce Our rights under this Privacy Policy without explicit consent. Google will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, They will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of privacy policy changes) with additional info that Google will also keep prior versions of this Privacy Policy in an archive for Our review.
 
New Google Privacy Policy #09 comment : This point has a correlation issues with Our #08, which We say that whenever Google Privacy Policy and Terms changes from time to time, from several to hundreds times, as They promise that They will not reduce Our rights under this Privacy Policy without explicit consent, what is the boundaries? What is the guarantee? What is the damage plan? And while the chaos and trouble already happen, which that still matter? The decision to choose then now unto Us and again please do it wisely for Your own interest, Your own goodness and protection.
 
Our closing statement are simple as We don't mean to point anyone or any IT World Company out there hence for whomever We knew that kind of IT World Company which just make any harm to Us and couldn't respect Our personal privacy info and belonging, maybe it's the best time We change to another IT World Company which serves Us better and hopefully best.
